These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of RateSpot websites, applications, APIs, MCP tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.
2. Permitted use

You may not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, reverse engineer protected systems except where law allows, or use the Services to violate another person’s rights.

RateSpot may aggregate or retrieve data from third-party providers. Availability, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness can vary. Third-party terms may apply to some data or linked services.
4. No financial, lending, legal, or investment advice
RateSpot provides informational tools and data. Outputs are not a commitment to lend, an appraisal, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or investment advice. Rates, estimates, calculations, and property information may change and should be independently verified before making decisions.
5. AI-generated outputs
Some features use AI systems. AI-generated responses may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing results and using independent judgment before relying on them.

7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, limits, or data sources. We may also update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date.

RateSpot and its licensors retain rights in the Services, software, branding, and proprietary content. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RateSpot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on third-party data, AI output, service interruptions, or user decisions based on the Services.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, security risk, or legal requirements. You may stop using the Services at any time.
